God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.
People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God. This attitude, called sin, separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Because of our sin choices, we deserve death and separation from God, but by his grace through his Son Jesus we can be forgiven. By trusting Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we can experience His forgiveness and freedom for our lives. God welcomes us the way we are, but loves us too much to keep us that way. As believers we stop living for ourselves and desire to glorify God by our actions and words.
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. It is He who convicts the world of sin. The baptism of the Holy Spirit gives us power to share the good news of Jesus Christ. The fruits of the Spirit are the by-product of a Spirit-filled life and are evidence of spiritual maturity. The gifts of the Spirit are given to empower, encourage, and build up the body. We are instructed to diligently seek the gifts and use them in Biblical order and in the context of love.
The Church has a Mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. We believe ‘the Church’ is the Body of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God’s offer of redemption (regardless of religious denomination) through the sacrificial death of His son Jesus Christ.
Divine Healing of the Sick is a Privilege for Christians Today and is provided for in Christ’s atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins).
in The Blessed Hope—When Jesus Raptures His Church Prior to His Return to Earth (the second coming). At this future moment in time all believers who have died will rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air, and Christians who are alive will be caught up with them, to be with the Lord forever.
